You and your team can now add your comments to each and every work order and keep the communication inside of Maindeck. With comments inside Maindeck, it allows you to have even more documentation per work order, yet another step taken to strengthen the position as the single source of truth for drydockings.

Project statuses

You can now declare different statuses for each project. These are in addition to the various phases of a project, so at all times it’s clear not only where your project stands, but also how things are going with regards to the schedule.

Export filtering

Apply any types of filters to your PDF export to get the exact PDF format you need. For instance, create an export including only the work orders that are to be executed by the yard and another only with the work orders that are to be surveyed by the class society. With this feature, it’s possible to create custom exports to suite your specific needs.

Document center

We have now included a document center among the many functionalities and tools you have at your disposal. Here you can quickly store and access project-relevant documents across your team.

Single Sign On (SSO)

Closing stage

We are very excited to announce the release of the final project stage.

In the closing stage you can perform the cost control of the project based on all the registered data as well as the billed amount and the final settlement.

Furthermore, the closing stage also includes a final report module. The final report module is a powerful text editor where all the data from during the project is available to insert into the final report. All images, updates, variation orders and tables are available right in front of you to insert directly into the final report.

The closing stage is also where you archive the project, after which it will always be available under “Archived projects” in the future.

Fleet asset management

The fleet asset management dashboard is finally here! On the dashboard, you see all upcoming projects in a Gantt chart, including their budgets. The stats cards show a breakdown of the number of projects and the projected spendings for the next couple of years.

The dashboard also includes a map showing your fleet, which we will connect to your company’s AIS data. This will allow you to get a complete overview of your fleet’s maintenance status, with the colour codes on the vessels illustrating the statuses of the various projects.

Specify your company's default currency

By specifying your company’s main currency, this currency will be used as the default start when adding various types of costs. It will also affect which currency symbol is used on your account.

Export owner's supplies

You can now export the owner’s supply list to Excel with the click of just one button.

SFI lookup
