Improvements to our mobile app

We have made several smaller improvements to our mobile app. The improvements include:

Optimised login screen so that you don’t have to hide the keyboard in order to press the login button.
We’ve further optimised the image processing, making it even faster.
Added a progress bar for each work order in the work order list.
Added the tag showing who is executing the work order directly on the work order card.
Added ability to add more images to an existing work order while offline during planning phase.

Fields added to owner's supply page

For each owner’s supply, you can now specify both planned delivery and actual delivery, in addition to weight.

Filter work orders based on if they have owner's supply

It’s now possible to quickly filter the work order list to only see those with owner’s supply connected to them.

Cost overview on work order page also includes cost of owner's supply

The cost overview on the work order page has so far reflected the cost of the work orders. In addition, they now also show the cost of owner’s supply so that you can also see the total picture from the work order page.

You can now implement your own company’s SFI structure to your Maindeck account.

New work order list

With this major improvement, work orders are now organised in lists insead of in tables. From a visual point of view, this will make each work order look like a card instead of a line in a table. From a functionality point of view, this means that there are a lot of truly exciting functionality coming.

Mobile app improvement: List for work orders pending upload

All work orders that are added while in offline mode will now be visible in a list showing work orders that are pending upload. This list will give you full traceability of the various work orders, as well as the option to manually upload work orders. The app already automatically checks for a connection with a certain time interval, so there is no need to manually upload the work orders. However, now you have this option as well.

Updates to project export formats

Our PDF and Excel exports of the project have now been given a facelift as well as having certain additional information added to them.

More updates added to the vessel cards

You can now see which phase each project is in from the expand field within each vessel card on the fleet page.

Furthermore, you can create a new project from the vessel card directly, saving you another two clicks.
