By implementing Elastic Search, our search functionality just become very intelligent. You no longer need to worry about typos, the search field will show the work orders that most resembles your search term. And if you are searching for a term inside a work order, such as within the description area, then that’s no problem either. Elastic Search comes with many more possibilities, all making life easier for you as a user.

Our app is now also available on App Store

We are happy to announce that our mobile inspection app now also is available on App Store. While the app has been available on Google Play for over a year, Apple users have had access through our beta program. From now on, all Apple users can download the app directly from the App Store.

Your login credentials are the same when using our mobile app.

Daily reports

You can now easily compile progress updates, variation orders and and other activities into daily reports. All key information is fetched automatically, and you can choose which updates (if any) to include, with images of course.

Variation orders

You can now add variation orders to the project during the execution phase. These are two ways to add variation orders, (1) editing an existing work order or (2) adding a new work order that was not a part of the originally agreed upon scope.

Values (start date, finish date and cost) that have been changed due to variation orders are highlighted, and you can see the originally planned value by hovering over the value.

As usual, it’s possible to see/track all variation orders belong to a specific work order in the sidebar and for the entire project in the “Activity updates” tab.

Spare parts overview

We just released a specific tab for spare parts! This allows you to manage all spare parts in one complete view, and see which work orders are requiring a specific spare part. If the delivery date is after when it’s required by a work order, then the overview will automatically highlight this as an issue for you.

As always, since our system is built entirely on APIs, we have all the necessary endpoints readily available to integrate with your procurement system.

The mobile inspection app is finally here!!

Our mobile inspection app lets you view, edit and update your work orders on the go, even if you don’t have an internet connection. The app will automatically update once it detects a connection.

A selection of key features:

Add images either from the image gallery or your camera.
Update progress easily using a slider.
Add comments.
Request changes made to the work order spec.
Stay up to date by viewing all activities related to each work order.
Offline functionality with automatic updating once connected.
All data from the inspection app is synchronised with the web app in real time.

Work order specific page

The work order specific page visualises all the data related to a specific work order on one page. It includes, among other things, a description field, an image gallery, an attachment list, an equipment field, spare parts specification and an activity list. The activity list is synchronised in real-time with the mobile app, so you always see the same regardless of what device you are using.
