To enhance user privacy, you now have the option to prevent your organization’s administrators from viewing the email body of your users’ messages. Administrators will still be able to view the headers of the email but not the message content. If you would like to prevent administrators from viewing the email body of end users, please send an email request to [email protected]. Please include your ESS Account Number along with your request. Your ESS Account Number can be found at the bottom of your Dashboard page on the product UI. Example: ESS: ESS73463.

Please note: this feature cannot be turned on or off for select administrators. It will apply to all administrators. If you would like to prevent only select administrators from viewing end user message bodies, you can do this by assigning them the role of a Helpdesk user. Learn more
