\nPlease note that this feature is only available for Barracuda Email Security Service customers.
We have rolled out an improvement to our message headers. It is sometimes difficult to identify why a particular message was allowed or blocked. It may take a lot of time to identify the root cause. The Reason Extra will now show more details on the policy level responsible, if any, for the message delivery status. This will help you easily identify whether a message was allowed or blocked due to a domain-level setting or a user setting and take any follow-up action, if required.
\nCurrently, this feature is only enabled for inbound policies. It is not enabled for outbound policies.
