AI Agent resolves even more inquiries: it replies now after Flows

AI Agent now helps resolve even more customer inquiries on its own. At the end of a Flow, if your customers indicate that they need more help, AI Agent will continue the conversation, answering follow-up questions based on available information.
How it works?
If a shopper interacts with a Flow via Chat, Help Center, or Contact Form and still needs help, AI Agent will try to answer their question. For example:
A shopper selects "Where can I access your size guide?" Flow
The Flow provides an automated response
If the shopper still needs help and asks questions about the product or shipping details, AI Agent will attempt to answer them
AI Agent will escalate the conversation to your team in the following cases:
It does not have the knowledge to provide a response
A shopper explicitly asks for a human agent or their tone suggests frustration
