We’ve just updated and clarified our commission rules.

The key points remain the same: as a Partner, you’ll receive your referral reward once your referred customer starts paying, and you'll also earn rewards for any upgrades they make to their account.

However, we want to clarify that if an upgrade happens thanks to our Sales Team’s efforts, the increased commission for that upgrade won’t be added to your referral fee.

To make things clearer, all licenses handled by Sales will now be labeled as 'Sales Team' in the Partner App.
