In Solution Partner Program, you now have an option to transfer access to the payments section of licenses you’ve been running for your clients.

The feature comes in handy whenever you are required to stop paying for the accounts but you want the accounts to be closed. Once you make a transfer, we’ll send your client a confirmation and invite them to subscribe on their end.

If they decide to continue using LiveChat and subscribe to a paid plan, we’ll grant you 20% lifetime revenue!

When should you consider taking advantage of the feature? Here are some examples:

• Whenever you plan to end your cooperation with the client but they still want to use LiveChat.
• When you created the trial incorrectly and would prefer the client to take care of managing payments for their license.
• If you have some expired licenses under your partner profile and you want to give your clients another chance with LiveChat.

Yes! Expired accounts can be transferred as well!
Once you trigger the transfer, we’ll launch the 14-day trial for your clients again and give them another try with our software.
