Introducing the new Partner App’s dashboard!

As you already know, we’re working on adjusting the Partner App so it’s even more quick and convenient to use. This time, we focused on making sure that you have all the important data at your fingertips, right after logging in.

With this new release, we’re introducing a new version of our Partner App’s dashboard. It looks great, but more importantly, it makes monitoring your performance and navigating through the app much easier.

Now, you can see how your licenses are performing right after logging in. We’ve also added shortcuts to the most important sections of the app. You can now withdraw your money, create a campaign or create a license straight from the dashboard. Thanks to that, you’ll navigate through the app and claim your benefits without any hassle.

Show off your professionalism with our new badge!

Our brand new badge is here! It was designed for those of our Partners who meet the highest standards of professionalism and excellence. It is a way of displaying your hard work and expertise in the field of online communication.

This badge is available for certified Partners that are listed in our Partners’ Directory. If you’re one of them, you’ll find the badge in the Badges section of the Partner App. We’d be very proud if you add it to your email signature, share it on your social media profiles, or add it to your website.

If you are active within the Solution Program and don’t have access to the Badges section, you will have to request to be listed in the Partners’ Directory. It’s worth a shot because it will give you an opportunity to present your company in front of our customers, gain new revenue streams, and promote your company. Apart from that, you’ll gain access to the new badge that will let you show off your professionalism.

With email notifications that we’ve just introduced, you’ll get all the important updates straight to your inbox. Thanks to that, you never miss a chance to close a deal or to reduce churn!

How does it work?

Every time there’s an important update regarding your license, you’ll be notified. The trial is ending? Close the deal or extend the trial. The customer is not taking advantage of their trial? Reach out to them and help them out. There’s a subscription payment problem? Update the bank details or solve the problem with a customer.

The Partner App change - navigation bar update

Since we’re working on building a more intuitive and user-friendly app experience, we’re going to introduce a couple of updates that will change the look and feel of your Partner App.

Today, we’re changing the looks and positioning of the navigation bar.

Why such change?

We think that this way, our app will be more functional and intuitive for you. We also want to unify the experience within our apps - whether it’s the Partner App, LiveChat, or ChatBot.

Introducing new logos of our products

Have you noticed it already? We started using a new logo!

The change is bigger than just LiveChat. Our team also makes ChatBot, which you can refer through the Partner Program already, as well as HelpDesk, and KnowledgeBase, which we’ll add to Partner Program’s suite soon.

New feature alert! Edit details of the license you created

Misspelled client’s name when creating a LiveChat or a ChatBot license for them? Forgot to add either a PO or Invoice numbers in the Identifier? No worries! You can now edit the client name and identifier fields anytime!

To access the new feature, go to license details by clicking on the license id on in the Solution Partner > Licenses section.
